DELTA

Boris Tellegen (DELTA) grew up in Amsterdam. The painted trains he and his father encountered on a trip to New York City in 1984 captivated the16-year-old. Upon returning home, he claimed the name DELTA and the street became his canvas. He studied architecture and industrial design at Delft University of Technology and through his collage, sculpture, drawings, videos, and installations he looks for “the semblance of order that is undone by chaos.” Tellegen continues to live and work in Amsterdam.
